Job Description Principal Accountabilities: 1. Scans by rounding the inpatient units with scanners on wheels daily times. 2. Scanning done in HIM of all outpatient documentation. 3. Indexes, performs quality review and Archives. 4. Preps medical records from all services with a high degree of detail and accuracy. 5.
