Job Summary And Responsibilities As our Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead and oversee all Clinical Laboratory operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. You will be instrumental in implementing new procedures, maintaining quality control, and driving laboratory efficiency. Every day you will manage and train lab personnel, oversee specimen processing, and ensure adherence to technical standards from JCAHO, CAP, and the State of California. You will also participate directly in lab operations as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist. This position supervises specimen processing, lab coordinators, phlebotomists, and couriers.
