Job Description Salary: Competitive Our successful subspecialty practice is growing and we have an immediate opening for a full-time Medical Billing Specialist. As an interventional radiology practice specializing in embolization, we offer our patients consults and in-office procedures. This position is an addition to our billing team as a result of our growth, and we're looking for someone who has a background in outpatient medical who enjoys working with a community-based private practice. The Medical Billing Specialist will focus on benefits verification, patient financial counseling, and actively working claim denials. The successful candidate will be comfortable working as a part of a team, will be comfortable working with third-party payers, and will be proactive and assertive about appealing denied claims.
