Night Shift Nurse Manager This position provides on-site direction of nursing practices and nursing care for the night shift (10:45PM - 6:45AM), including weekends and holidays for MDH - Holly Center, a residential facility for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for overseeing adequate and safe nursing resources that includes staffing, equipment and supplies. This position also supports direct care staff to ensure safe, effective high quality care. During occasions when there are staffing shortages, this position will also provide medication management to the residents in the facility.
