Health Information Management Coder Accurately and efficiently codes and abstracts comprehensive acute care inpatient, rehabilitation inpatient, outpatient surgery, swing bed, long term care, ancillary services and short stay observation patient records according to official coding guidelines for accurate coding and benchmarks for productivity.
