Job Title This part time hybrid role combines front desk operations of Futures Unlimited with insurance billing and office support for True Path Counseling. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, confident working with insurance, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, caring setting. Essential Functions Greet guests and clients warmly and professionally Answer multi-line phone system and schedule appointments as needed Verify insurance benefits prior to visits. Generating all work lists and distributes work list to corresponding laboratory sections. Running lab tests under the supervision of the CLS. Sorts out and schedules delivery of lab reports to client. Process all specimens to be sent out to reference laboratories. Files hard copy/ duplicate reports in ascending accession number.
