SUMMARY: Great opportunity for someone who is out going, loves teaching and appreciates the value in training clinicians how to code and document for the services provided.   Looking for a dynamic individual who will serve as an expert source of information regarding the impact of coding and documentation as it relates to patient care, quality outcomes measures, risk of mortality/severity of illness indicators, and correct reimbursement.   This individual will be responsible for the planning, management, implementation and delivery of coding reviews, engaging presentations, as well as provide assistance in the development of EHR best practice workflows.  This position assists in the development of proper documentation and coding policies and procedures.
