Physician Facilitator Services is looking for a full/part time Medical Biller. The position would be remote with an occasional on-site training. Experience preferred, no benefits, competitive pay, flexible hours. We are located in Naples / Fort Myers FL area.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Demographic Entry and Maintenance.*
2. Charge posting.*
3. Insurance claim submission.*
4. Payment posting.*
5. Appeals and working denials.*
6. Review of aging charges for insurance and patient responsible accounts.*
7. Act as liaison between provider and patients.*
8. Work with collection agency to collect delinquent accounts.*
9. Arrange payment schedules with patients.*
10. Keep abreast of coding and billing policies from payers and government entities reporting such findings of changes to provider.*
