The center currently is a solo-practice with plans for growth and expansion. Job Description: The position requires an experienced Medical/Retina Billing Specialist with skills for timely submission of medical claims and charges to insurance companies, verification of patient’s insurance coverage and benefits, and obtaining pre-authorizations. It is the responsibility of the billing specialist to contribute to the highest level of patient care and referring doctor satisfaction through efficient and timely verification of eligibility, coverage and acquiring required authorizations.
