Job Description Operating Room (Full-time, Night Shift) - Our mission is to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ. The Supervisor-Patient Care provides clinical management, including administrative, financial, and human resource management duties. Coordinates with the Manager/Director to manage and supervise day-to-day operations on designated unit(s). Collaborates with Director to ensure continuity of care is provided from shift-to-shift. Provides management presence after business hours. Serves as liaison among Manager, Director, team leaders, educators, and staff to implements new processes and changes in clinical practice; mentors and coaches staff.
