Assigns appropriate Medicare Severity Diagnosis Related Groups (MS-DRG), All Patient Refined DRGs (APR), Present on Admission (POA), as well as Severity of Illness (SOI) & Risk of Mortality (ROM) indicators for Inpatient records.
