JOB SUMMARY Codes discharged patient records for the purpose of maintenance of indices, reimbursement, research and compliance with State and Federal regulations according to diagnosis, operations and procedures using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and other classification systems and analyzes and reviews records for completeness.
