Description Burnett Medical Center is currently seeking a full-time HIM Analyst/Coder for our HIM department. SHIFT & HOURS Full-time, 8am-4:30pm position, M-F; This is an in-house position. JOB SUMMARY Codes discharged patient records for the purpose of maintenance of indices, reimbursement, research and compliance with State and Federal regulations according to diagnosis, operations and procedures using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and other classification systems and analyzes and reviews records for completeness. This is a benefit-eligible position including PTO, health, dental, vision, employer-paid life and employer-paid short-term disability insurance along with up to a 3% match in our 401k retirement plan.
