We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Mental Health Billing Specialist to join our in-office team full-time. What You’ll Do: Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims Resolve unpaid or denied claims Post insurance payments, patient payments, and adjustments Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim issues Respond to client and team emails in a timely, professional manner Process patient payments Assist with other administrative and computer-based tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Recent medical billing experience (required) Strong understanding of insurance claims, EOBs, and denial management Excellent written and verbal communication...
