Job Description Summary:This position is a Registered Nurse (RN) who assumes a visible leadership role and is responsible for overseeing patient care and administrative activities in their respective units and care delivery. This position oversees day to day assigned unit operations. This position will continually evaluate quality and effectiveness of patient care, clinical judgment, productivity, staffing, and education.Qualifications:+ Current Montana RN License or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
