This role is responsible for managing insurance claims, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for services provided. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in medical billing, preferably in behavioral or mental health settings. This role requires someone who takes ownership, follows through on outstanding claims, and is confident working with insurance companies to resolve issues.
