Major Responsibilities
Supervises operational activities of pharmacy technicians, coordinates staff to meet daily priorities, resolves issues, and ensures services are safe, timely and high quality.
Ensures appropriate documentation is completed and retained; participates in maintenance of department compliance with federal, state, Accrediting Organization, and other regulatory law and/or standards.
Provides leadership, training and support for department strategic initiatives.
Supports budget targets through inventory management, waste reduction, and efficient workflows.
Coordinates daily staffing and scheduling of pharmacy technicians to ensure workload needs of the department are met; problem solves daily issues as needed....
