Qualifications Knowledge of Athena EMR and Tebra billing system.
Ability to handle patient inquiries and resolve billing issues effectively.
Proficiency in medical coding and insurance claim processing.
Proficiency in insurance verification and payment posting.
Experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine setting is required.
Able to handle the credentialing and re-credentialing process for providers.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
