Speech Pathologist Evaluates and treats patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Communicates with appropriate clinical staff, physicians, and family members regarding treatment plans. Qualifications Education: Requires a Master's degree in Speech Pathology. AL licensure as a Speech Pathologist and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech/Language Pathology from the American Speech-language-hearing Association (ASHA) is also required.
