Codes Cancer Center billing documentation, professional fees and technical fees, for infusion, radiation therapy, procedures, evaluation and management visits, imaging and other episodes of care as they occur. This position is responsible for coding technical and professional charges by reporting ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes for all Cancer Center services and accounts. Proper coding will ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory guidelines, as well as, third party reimbursement policies. Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Working knowledge of insurance claims process and a general understanding of insurance policies that govern insurance plans.
