This role serves as the designated nursing leader during assigned shifts, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting colleagues, operational excellence, and efficient unit performance. Working in partnership with nursing leadership, the RN Supervisor coordinates patient care activities, oversees staffing and resource utilization, promotes quality and safety initiatives, and serves as a clinical expert and mentor for the interdisciplinary care team.
