Medical Practice Office Supervisor The Medical Practice Office Supervisor directly manages the staff in each business unit. The Supervisor coordinates recruitment of Client Service Representatives and Medical Assistants, evaluates the staff and is responsible for any necessary disciplinary actions including the proper supporting documentation.
