Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Billing Department Supervisor to lead our billing and coding team and strengthen the performance of our revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day billing functions, supporting staff development, monitoring key performance indicators, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong working relationships with providers and administration. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and mentor a team of billing and coding professionals while promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Oversee daily billing operations, including claims submission, payment posting, denial and appeal management, coding, accounts receivable follow-up, and patient billing interactions.
