Description The Medical Assistant Supervisor participates as an active team member in a medical assistant role while overseeing the day-to-day operations of TVHC's medical assistants. The Supervisor is responsible for such duties as hiring, orientation, training, scheduling and progressive discipline of TVHC employees, in conjunction with the Clinic Director. The Medical Assistant Supervisor ensures Clinic protocols are adhered to as well as TVHC policies.
