Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversees and supervises the day-to-day operations of the medical records services for specific departments. Communicates with physicians, internal departments, and various agencies involved in billing and documentation of inpatient and outpatient services. Makes budget recommendations on staffing, equipment and supplies levels. Supervises staff and manages employee performance.
