Job Description Job Description Description: Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and certified Medical Biller & Coder to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems, billing practices, insurance follow-up, and compliance guidelines across multiple specialties. Responsibilities: Review and accurately assign diagnosis and procedure codes for medical services. Submit and follow up on claims to commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid. Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed. Resolve claim rejections, denials, and appeals in a timely manner. Communicate with providers and staff regarding coding queries and billing concerns. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
