Understanding of EOB and insurances Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and UB-04 claim forms Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel Detail oriented, strong problem solving, and research skills Ability to meet productivity goals (70 plus claims)
