Bahr Dermatology is looking for an experienced, dependable medical biller to join our physician-owned dermatology practice. This is an in-person position in Bountiful, Utah. We are looking for someone who understands the medical billing process, can independently manage the billing and accounts receivable process, is detail-oriented, and takes ownership of resolving outstanding claims and patient balances. Responsibilities Submit and follow up on insurance claims. Manage accounts receivable, including aging claims, denials, unpaid and underpaid claims. Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and resolve payment discrepancies. Submit appeals and follow claims through resolution. Post insurance and patient payments and reconcile batches.
