Hospice Marketer/Community Relations Representative
We are seeking a relationship-driven professional to lead community outreach and marketing efforts for our hospice and palliative care program. This role focuses on building meaningful connections, increasing awareness of our services, and supporting patients and families as they transition into care.
Ideal candidate is someone who has experience in sales or has owned their own business. Candidate must be self driven and motivated.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Development & Community Engagement
Build and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, discharge planners, social workers, and case managers.
Cultivate trust with community groups, faith-based organizations, senior centers, veterans organizations, and local leaders.
Host and participate in educational workshops, seminars, health fairs, and community events.
