Job Description Job Description BRUZZICHESI ORTHODONTICS , an u pbeat Multi-location orthodontic office is looking for a 4-5 day a week Insurance Claim Coordinator/Bookkeeper with an upbeat personality and great attention to detail. Applicant must be able to commute to all 3 locations (Basking Ridge, Whitehouse Station and Morristown) . This position integrates insurance claims, bookkeeping , organizational skills and a certain degree of orthodontic/dental knowledge. Great people skills and a positive can-do attitude are key. Experience in the dental or other health field is strongly PREFERRED . Process claims, post EFTs, keep current all patient ledgers, post checks, assist with general office tasks. Hours and Days of the week required : Monday 8:30am- 5:30pm; Tuesday 8:30am- 6pm; Wednesday 10:45 am-7pm; Thursday 8:30am -6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm in Morristown, and one Saturday per month (but not during the summer months) 8:30am-1:00pm .
