Medical Billing (Claims) Supervisor The Medical Billing (Claims) Supervisor is responsible for supervising, training, and developing a team of Medical Claims Specialists. The role manages the submission of claims data, collects payments, and works with team members and agencies to resolve outstanding claim issues. Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for team member questions and coordinate answers with agencies and internal departments, including Operations. Sign off on and approve credit memos and employee receivables. Assist with administrative accounting procedures per Controller/CFO guidance.
