Admin Support (Non-Clinical) Henry Ford Macomb Hospital Reporting to the Group Practice Director/Manager with oversight from the Department of Business Office and Nursing Leadership is responsible for the day-to-day office practice operations at HFHS Medical Centers. Provides services necessary to enhance customer relations by responding to patients needs. Supervises office staff and oversees orientation and training. Implements new quality assurance initiatives and monitors outcomes to maintain/sustain improvement. Responsible for operationalizing strategic initiatives as necessary to support Medical Group Strategy. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associates Degree or a minimum of 60 credit hours at an accredited institution is required.
