Position Summary
Allergy & Asthma Associates of Maine is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and optimize our billing operations. This role is central to our transition from outsourced billing with Quest National Services to an in-house model. The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for claims processing, denial management, payment posting, and reporting, while coordinating with internal staff and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Cycle Oversight
Manage the full revenue cycle process including charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial resolution, and patient billing.
Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, HIPAA, CMS, and Medicaid regulations.
Monitor and report on KPIs including days in A/R, denial rates, and collection percentages.
